Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Tavani Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("Tavani", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this site you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tavani provides B2B sales outsourcing services including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, meeting booking, CRM and pipeline reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, and KPIs for each engagement are set out in the relevant Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Fees and payment terms

Fees are stated in the SOW and are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and payable within 14 days by bank transfer or card (via Stripe). Late payments accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to materials, branding, product information, and decision-makers required for Tavani to perform its services. Delays caused by the client may affect deliverables and timelines.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavani's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Tavani is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

6. Cancellation policy

Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis after an initial three (3) month term, with a thirty (30) day written notice period to cancel. Fees for work in progress during the notice period remain payable. No refunds are issued for partially used months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
